Stamps Ahead

I have finished the final two challenges at White with 1 plus their monthly challenge as well.  It is cold and wet here on The Central Coast so a perfect day to scrapbook 'some' of my holiday photos. Challenge 3 - We all have them in our stash - long saved collections from manufacturers no long around. Stop hoarding and get creating - we want to see these lovelies in your albums not still in your stash. I used Kaszazz - one of their last collections Beachy Boho!  Photo was taken on my last day in Florida when with my friends we visited Cocoa Beach and had lunch on the pier.  This is a companion piece to my layout in monthly White with 1 challenge. My colour was ice/sky blue (I hope you can see the stencilling behind the photo etc) and I used yellow as an accent.   Challenge 4 - was to use metal, metal and a bit more metal. Kaszazz recently released a set of 4 animal skin stencils.  I was able to to create with them pre-release and here is what I created with the Snake, Giraffe and Leopard skins, there is also a Cheetah skin:  I put out a request to my friend Kathy in Detroit, Michigan to take some photos of animals in zoos near her as I knew I would not be heading to a zoo anytime soon.  Kathy will shortly be starting as a volunteer in Detroit Zoo once they re-open following Covid restrictions.  Papers and stamps are from Kaszazz Resort collection.  Here is a layout I have completed for a challenge over at Unmistakable Creations on Facebook. The challenge was to use these papers created by Melissa the owner of Unmistakable Creations.  I had to download them from the website  and print on white cardstock.   Our mother passed away in 1974 at only 49 years of age.   My memories are strong of the short time that we had with her.  She was a constant inspiration, her life was plagued by ill-health but she always managed to bounce back with a smile and an overwhelming desire to get in the car and drive again.  I do not have many photos and those that I have are gradually being put onto scrapbook layouts.  This photo is of my parents wedding day in 1948 as I could not find a suitable photo of just Mum alone. Yes, cards made with a succulent image - I love them.  I needed to make at least 18 cards of the same design for the card class I lead at a local community group. Each lady will also get a small succulent with their card.  Here is what I came up with: As a Kaszazz consultant we have access to a wide range of projects designed and published in catalogues or on their website.  For this card I was inspired by a series of cards created by Allanah May.  I was wanting a Christmas card so I adapted her design to meet my needs. All products are Kaszazz with the exception of the Merry Christmas stamp from my stash. Kaszazz products used are Speckled Frame stamp (this was on of the first stamps I purchased when I first became a consultant), Succulents Un-Cut Set (13 stamps - I used only 1 of the stamps and Allanah May used all of the 6 succulents stamps). The stencil that you can see in the background is from a recently released set of small stencils just right for cardmaking....
