Stamps Ahead

Here is a layout I created for a challenge at The Hut Creative.  Challenge was to use envelope/s and some script on layout. This layout, of me at the Jane Austen Museum in Bath UK last year, using papers that I have cut down from larger sheets.  I have also included some very old clear stickers, tape I made, rhinestones and fussy cut butterflies.   I am old enough to remember using pen and ink in Primary School, long before we were introduced to that new invention - the biro.  To this day, I still have a bump on my middle right finger from using the pen!!  This was the first thing I thought off when visitors could sit down at desk and write some Jane Austen quotes or memories of the day. This is a layout I have created for White with 1 challenges - this month it is to use Orange (or any of its tones) and to use stamping.  There was a mood board for inspiration. This was the mood board: My inspiration - the windows in the building bottom right. A clean and simple layout.  I stamped the squares and needed to highlight them by going around with a black pen.  I used Abandoned Coral paint for stamping/chipboard and I did check and Coral is an orange tone (it is also in the pink tones but stronger as an orange tone).
