Stamps Ahead

 I was asked to make some cards for a very special person.  I selected 18th birthday cards one for a girl and one for a boy.  This is a long post with lots of photos so please enjoy.   This was the card for 18 year old young lady.  This card is not expected to be opened for some time therefore I designed a card that did not require any tape or glue.   This card uses all Kaszzaz product with the exception of the "18".  The papers are from Kaszazz Stellar collection and the greeting stamps are also from various collections in current Kaszazz catalogues.  A lot of gold embossing powder was used. The inside - as you can see the ribbon is threaded through and holds the 4 individual securely when closed.  These are the 4 individual greeting cards.  There is space on the back of each for personal greetings and messages.   Here are the cards I have designed for community group for this coming Friday: This card uses Kaisercraft Stamp and Die set called Rose.  I love the elegant simplicity of this card. The greeting has been left off so that the ladies (sorry no gents are in the class) can add their own to suit the occasion.  Rose Madder and Leaf Green Archival inks used. This card can be made either vertically or horizontally.  It is made with strips of paper from Kaszazz Stellar collection left over from other projects.  Once the strips are applied and cut to size onto a white cardstock base it is then placed into an embossing folder and embossed.   The stamp is also from Kaszazz Stellar collection. Today I completed the following layout for a purple challenge over at Scrapping Clearly to use the colour purple: Purple not a colour I use a lot of. I used all Kaszazz product on this layout, with the exception of the small purple enamel dots bottom right. Thank you for looking, Margaret :) Crafting in the time of Coronavirus.

A set I designed for a class I led on Thursday night. First the explosion card inside details.  Instructions for the card fold I got from the internet....just goggle....how to make an explosion card.  The set The ladies had fun making it and lots of laughs as they managed the fold.
